Mr. Morgan was admitted here at SHC of Georgetown after a fall to receive therapy services for a fractured lumbar spine. He has successfully completed his goals and is returning to his home and is excited to be reunited with his wife! Good Luck Mr. Morgan

Ms. Cushard came to Signature HealthCARE of Georgetown after fracturing her hip. After one week of intensive therapy, she was able to return home to independent living. We are so excited to she her accomplish her goals!

Signature HealthCARE of Georgetown celebrated many themes throughout National Nursing Home Week including Carnival, Western Day, America Day, Fiesta Day, and 50s Day!
There was much dancing, singing, Piñata hitting, and lots of fun! We even had a visit from Georgie the pig!
Residents of Signature HealthCARE of Georgetown went fishing at Salato Wildlife in Frankfort. They enjoyed being outside in the sunshine and fresh air.

A group of stakeholders from Signature facilities in Kentucky, along with members of the home office team, gathered in Lexington, Ky., this week to attend the ‘Best Places to Work in Kentucky’ awards ceremony. Signature has received the award for two consecutive years and this year came in fourth place in its category!

The residents and staff from Bluegrass Care and Rehabilitation Center, Mayfair Manor, and Signature Healthcare of Georgetown enjoyed an exciting day at Keeneland. Keeneland is a national historic landmark that specializes in Thoroughbred racing.
The Spring Meet began April 3rd and will continue until April 24th. The residents and staff enjoyed picking the winners of the races and cheering each other on! The atmosphere was wonderful and the grounds were beautiful!
There were a few winners within this group, however, nobody struck it big. Everybody shared their “winning strategies”. Some chose the gray horse, some chose by the stats, some have a lucky number that they choose, and some chose a horse because they liked the name.
Our group’s biggest winner stuck with number 6. Our group had a lucky day and can’t wait to go back again!
